We are looking for energetic Client Services Attaché who are prepared to start attachment under our Client Services Department. We need Client Services consultants who can plug into our environment and have the ability to exceed expectations while developing their skills in a career they are passionate about.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:- Comply with the Cerba Lancet Africa company policies and procedures.
- Follow the Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.
- Drive the Cerba Lancet Africa values.
- Attend to queries obtained from clients
- Attend to doctors’ requests and make follow up on all information required
- Send emails to doctors on test results that need to be communicated to patients
- Attend to telephone queries/ customer complaints regarding results and conduct investigation on the complaints.
- Compile client services reports when required and submit to the supervisor for review and approval
- Print out reports from the information system for patient’s results/ tests and email them to the relevant doctors
- Submit reports to the couriers for delivery to depots
- Contact medical aid to verify patient benefit cover to ensure validity of member and availability of funds
- Record in courier message book to check for any collections and state whether the collections are urgent or routine
- Attends to walk in patients/ visitors to ensure their needs are attended to and refers to relevant departments
- Handles telephone calls assisting clients with information and transferring calls to relevant department
- Update list of telephone numbers for all departments
- Handles hand deliveries for all departments and arranges for collection from the front desk
- Filling out claim forms and proforma invoices for clients.
- Following up with Lancet SA on delayed results.

Competencies Required to do the job:
Technical Competencies- Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- The ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
- High level of numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage diversity
- Good communication Skills
- Maintain high a level of honesty and integrity.
- Client liaison (both internal and external) and maintaining positive image of the company.

Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in English and Communication or any other relevant qualification
- 1-2 years working experience
- Pay attention to detail
- Computer Literacy
