General description

We are looking for energetic Marketing Coordinator who are prepared to start attachment under our Client Services Department. We need Client Services consultants who can plug into our environment and have the ability to exceed expectations while developing their skills in a career they are passionate about.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Comply with the Cerba Lancet Africa company policies and procedures.
• Follow the Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.
• Drive the Cerba Lancet Africa values.
  • Managing and developing marketing campaigns.
  • Enhance brand awareness by liaising with stakeholders, medical aids, hospitals and doctors to promote success.
  • Conducting promotional activities.
  • Overseeing campaigns on social media.
  • Training our clients on mobile app and Path portal usage.
  • Reporting on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms.
  • Researching and analysing data to identify and define audiences.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.

Competencies Required to do the job

Technical Competencies

• Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Behavioural Competencies

• The ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
• High level of numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage diversity.
• Good communication Skills.
• Maintain high a level of honesty and integrity.
• Client liaison (both internal and external) and maintaining positive image of the company.

Qualifications

• Degree In Marketing, Communications, Public Relations
• Master’s in business administration will be and added advantage
• Must have a digital Marketing Certificate
• 3-5years’ relevant experience, experience in medical industry is advantageous
• Expert Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) skills
• Fluent oral and written English. Other languages advantageous
• Clean class 4 Drivers license
