He specialises in driving cost efficiencies, improving working capital through inventory and consignment models, and strengthening supplier governance using KPI- and SLA-driven frameworks. His experience spans operational risk management, regulatory alignment, and executive-level stakeholder engagement, with a proven ability to translate data and commercial insight into board-level value creation and sustainable supply continuity.
