Jenny has over 20 Years’ experience in the Human Resource discipline. She has journeyed her career in the mining and testing industries operating in the broader African countries such as Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Mali, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Eretria, Senegal, Gabon, Zambia, DRC, Mozambique, Malawi, Namibia and Madagascar

Her expertise includes but are not limited to Strategic HR/EVP at both operational and global level, Organisational Design, HR Information Systems, Learning and Development, Global Mobility, Compensation and Benefits.
